ABOUT US
Bandana's Bar-B-Q is Southern Style BBQ - seasoned with a "dry rub" and cooked sauceless, then handcut to order straight from the smoker.
 
All Bandana's pork, beef, chicken and ribs are specially prepared over a pit of select hardwoods to create our signature smoked flavor.  This slow cooking process - 14 hours for pork butts and special beef cuts, 5 hours for ribs and chicken - makes the meat tender and tasty, and gives it a reddish color known as a "smoke line".
 
Our real wood smokers operate 24 hours a day, so you can "smell the smoke" anytime you visit Bandana's!
 
All of our menu items are made from "scratch" daily and our bread is delivered fresh every day.
 
FULL SERVICE CATERING
Choice of pork, beef, chicken, turkey, ribs.  All buffets are served with your choice of 3 side dishes (BBQ Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Green Beans or Applesauce), Garlic Bread and a selection of our sauces.
 
All caterings are set up buffet style.  Includes serving utensils, paper supplies, delivery and set-up.

A minimum of 25 people is required.  The potential maximum number of guests is required at the time of ordering.  A 25% deposit is payable when order is confirmed.  The final guest count is required two days prior to the event.  All prices exclude tax, tip and gratuity.  All prices subject to change without notice.
 
We accept VISA, MC, Discover, AMEX, Diners Club or cash.  Payment is due upon pick-up or delivery.
 
Cancellation Policy
Because our food is purchased and prepared fresh for each order, cancellations must be received within 24 hours prior to your event.  Late cancellations will be charged 25% of total order.

Service Rockford Decent, had a lot of different sauces to put on the ribs, but I thought garlic bread was a strange choice for bread. The Donut holes were good & hot. I enjoyed it, but will probably go to the competition if I am craving bbq.
